"I wish to #challengethestigma through the use of technology to reach a wide-range of individuals located worldwide, to educate and learn alongside a larger population and therefore make greater change in breaking the barrier preventing the discussion of mental health and it's impacts on people of various ethnicities and geographic locations. I would also like to share my personal experiences and learnings to help other individuals experiencing challenges with their mental and physical health by sharing helpful tools, further challenging the mental health stigma."
