Hi everyone, my name is Katie and I'm the new Artistic Coordinator at ProjectNINE! Through school and volunteering I have gained experience in the creative arts, humanitarianism, and STEM--I hope to use these experiences to do this position justice at NINE. I hope to continue to make a difference as a coordinator and a volunteer through creativity, kindness, and a little imagination.

Art has been a constant in my life since pre-school. My avidity for art has translated into other passions in my life and has helped immeasurably in translating my fervent imagination and understanding into a visual form. Recently, my favourite forms are painting, printmaking and photography.
passion #2: reading
I have always been an avid reader- mainly to avoid conversation when I began as a child, but reading has now become a mandatory part of my life. Reading allows my imagination to wander and allows me to--as a true student obsessed with English and philosophy courses--analyze each character so much that it could put anyone into agony seeing the overwhelming amount I annotate my books.
